OUR PROCESS

  • We’ll meet to discuss your potential investment opportunities, including cost versus return. We’ll then research the project type and target market for the best outcome.

  • Strategic design and creative thinking are crucial to your project’s profitability. Our experienced in-house design team will provide an initial concept for review.

  • Local council town planning regulations are complex and ever-changing. We look after this entire process to ensure your project ticks every box with nothing overlooked.

  • Once a Planning Consent is issued, construction and engineering plans are completed and a final contract price is produced. We then enter into a building contract so you can finalise funding requirements.

  • Hadar Homes steps in, bringing our reputation for building quality homes and seamless client experiences. You’ll receive regular progress updates from your supervisor until it’s time to hand over the keys.

YOUR TEAM

Hadar Projects team is lead by Matt Leeworthy, a builder with over 15 years of experience including construction supervision on more than 150 homes and a proven track record of successful multi-unit developments. After going through several subdivision and developments himself, Matt created Hadar Projects to streamline the process, share his knowledge and create a service that can help others gain financial freedom through property.

Our team includes town planners, surveyors, engineers and project managers. By building a team of the regions best professionals this ensures our clients projects flow through the council process as smooth as possible, are cost efficient and with one contact, they are informed every step of the journey. You’ll find us to be honest, down-to-earth and fully committed. At Hadar, we put everything into what we do, because we know the difference it makes.
